Here is a sporty safety shoe that follows the colour trend that dominates in the segment for training and running footwear. Boston comes with a durable upper in ventilating textile combined with laminated TPU and reflective details. The reinforced toecap and innovative Boa® System solution give this safety footwear a further boost. The combination with the removable and breathable insole that has Poron XRD® plus antistatic properties, as well as the midsole in IP (Injection Phylon) ensures high comfort in combination with good energy absorption. The outsole has been thoroughly tested and certified to SRC slip resistance. Lightweight aluminium toecap and non-metallic anti-penetration sole. ESD approved.

Patriots in Boston dressed as Native Americans boarded ships loaded with tea from the British East India Company in December 1773 and dumped several hundred boxes of tea into the water. This as a reaction after the British, who then ruled, increased the tax on tea. This event was later called "The Boston Tea Party".
This historic moment is well known, but it did not give the idea to Ironsteel Boston. It was actually the world's oldest annual marathon that provided inspiration during the development of this exciting safety shoe. This race had 18 participants for the first time in 1897, but now draws around 20,000 runners each year. The Boston Marathon is one of six World Marathon Majors, and is pt. one of the most prestigious marathons in the world. For such an event, good shoes are needed!
